Andrew from Shropshire 9: Excellent quality blade, especially for the price, stands up to abuse very well as the blade is thicker and slightly heavier than I thought it would be going off the pictures here, but it looks fantastic. It does come relativity sharp but there were a few dull and rolled spots on the edge of mine, not sure if that is a standard issue but a few strokes of a wet stone of steal sorts that right out. The only reason this isn't a perfect review is the fact that the finish on the guard seems a little sloppy in places, the black paint is not applied properly in some spots or has worn off before arriving to me, purely a cosmetic issue and like I said it's worth the price I think.
