Telephone orders are only accepted for items marked 'in
stock' on the website. Typical delivery time is 1-3 days.
All orders will be age checked prior to despatch and sent by age verified delivery.

Online Ordering / Payment Methods
A You can submit orders online to be paid for by CHEQUE,
credit/debit card, delta, switch (Maestro), solo, electron, visa,
mastercard and JCB

bottom right of your browser when you move onto the
payment page.
Other Payment Methods
- Postal Orders and other payment types are accepted as
long as they are accompanied by
proof of age and a contact
telephone number.
Age Verification Information
Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, Solo and other credit and debit cards
can be issued to under 18's
therefore we will make background checks to
verify age, we can sometimes do this without needing to contact
the card holder, however not always. If we are unable to confirm age
we will contact you to request a
few more details so we can run
a more detailed search.
Please be aware that falsifying our age declaration on the
order form is a serious legal offence and a waste of time.
All orders for age restricted goods are age/ID checked and have
been since 2004.

Shipping Information
Free Postage - Several items are sold with free postage, this
is to mainland UK only and can include additional products
such as a stand or other swords on the free postage offer
It should be noted items marked Free Postage are postage included.
Knives - Approx 6.50 by Age Verified Royal Mail
Large Knives / Daggers - by Age Verified Royal Mail - typically 6.50-8.49,
insured. ** Prices are based on weight and will be slightly
more for heavier items
Swords / Orders over 2 kilos - 8.49 by age verified delivery. . . . (8.49 is the maximum
postage we charge, it will cover any sized order to
mainland UK, Wales
and most of Scotland).
Everything is in stock unless stated in the description, these
are updated every 48hrs, If an item has gone out of stock we
will refund your card and contact you with the anticipated arrival and the option to
cancel at any time.
Northern Ireland / Isle Of Wight - Shipping is the
same for
knives/daggers. Larger orders are 21 by Parcelforce
to
Northern Ireland and 20.00 to the Isle of Wright/Man
Ireland - Shipping to Ireland takes approx 5 days and
costs 25.00 for an entire order.

Delivery Times
Large Items - Typically 2-3 days for in stock items,
you will receive a Worldpay payment confirmation when
you place the
order, and a despatched email with your tracking
number the moment your order has
left our warehouse. If you have not received a mail from us
within a few days please telephone
us,. We re very efficient and
can resolve any delays or problems
instantly.
Small Items - Typically 3-5 days from order as Royal Mail collect
twice a week from the warehouse. If you pay by cheque then
delivery will be around 10-12 days.
Delivery times can be slightly longer than stated during our
busy times and it's always best to allow up to 10 days from ordering
just to be on the safe side, you can always call us for a good idea of
the delivery time on your order.

FAULTS/DAMAGE/LOSS
A Damage/Fault/Loss - In the highly unlikely event that the item
should be damaged, lost in transit to you or is faulty, we will
deal with the situation in accordance with your legal rights.
Please use the following guide for care of the goods;
1. Where goods have been delivered, please keep hold of
packaging/goods in case they need to be inspected by
the courier as part of their insurance claim process.
2. Do not attempt to use the item
3. Contact us as soon as possible, to make things easier you
can log in to your account and file a damaged goods form.
You must include your order number or delivery address
with any return so we can trace it
back to you
Returns and Cancellations
We only sell items that meet our high standards for both
workmanship and value for money. If you don't like your item
just let us know and we will issue a refund or replacement
for you, whichever you prefer.
Returns are at your risk and should be sent insured.
You may cancel your order up to 15 days from the date of delivery.
After this 15 day cancellation period we will normally still
accept the goods back for store credit or exchange - this can be useful if
buying goods for presents and later finding they already own the item
If you cancel your order after goods have been shipped, you
will need to return these at your own expense as soon as
possible.
If you fail to keep the goods in reasonable condition while in
your care (including transport back to us) and this leads to
damage or deterioration then we will charge you for the
reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights e.g.
should the item arrive faulty or mis-described.

Product Guarantee
A Most items on the site carry a 12 month guarantee against
defective workmanship or software failure. Should you
experience a problem with your item please contact us and
we will contact the appropriate manufacturers/wholesalers on
your behalf. Most manufacturers have a 'usage policy' which
determines what is and what is not covered, for instance,
damage resulting from incorrect use would not be covered.
After our return policy has expired your cover will
automatically switch to the manufactures product guarantee.
We can normally arrange the replacement product to be
delivered to you however please be aware some
manufacture s require the customer to return the
product to
them directly.

Anti-Fraud Protection
Retailers are often subject to attempted credit card fraud by
criminals using stolen cards to place orders. We combat this
in various ways including checking the address given as
the 'billing' address on our order form against that which the
credit card company has on file. If these do not match the
transaction will be cancelled.
Any order where the customer bypasses the Verified by Visa or
Mastercard Securecode
protocols will be subject to additional
scrutiny, we will cancel any such
orders which are not shipping
to the confirmed cardholder
address.

All first time customer orders include a 4.00 service fee to cover the

will pay this fee, even if the customer then returns the goods, if the customer
refuses to verify age in breach of the terms on which we have accepted
the order, that fee may become payable to cover our costs, please remember
by ordering from us you are agreeing to verify age if required
