Cold Steel Hide Out Dagger
Our new Hide Out series was designed with one clear goal in mind; to produce a small, inexpensive and astoundingly functional neck knife - one that was just so good, so affordable and so light that there was simply no excuse not to use one!
Its high satin polished, double-edged Japanese AUS 8A blade is "Scandi" ground, which makes it very sharp and also very stiff, allowing for a strong point and effortless penetrative power.
Its full tang is encapsulated in a weather proof Griv-Ex™ handle that has been designed to be very thin and flat.
The handle swells at the butt to give the hand great purchase and security while enabling effortless transition between grips. And a generous lanyard hole is easily big enough to attach Paracord further aiding the knife's versatility.
A strong, reliable Secure-Ex sheath with bead chain lanyard completes this lightweight package.
Despite its cutting and piercing power, the knife itself is a featherweight, weighing a meager 1.9oz!

8" Overall with a 3.5" sharpened, partially serrated, stainless blade. Aluminum handle with black and red finish with fire dept. emblem. Belt clip, glass breaker pommel and seatbelt cutter.
9.5" Overall with a 4.5" sharpened, hand forged, substantial 5mm thick D2 tool grade high carbon steel. Full tang with solid brass fittings and high quality highly polished finish making for a very smooth knife.
Complete with high quality leather belt sheath. Superb.
8.3" Overall with a 4.3" sharpened, hand forged, D2 high carbon blade. Hefty 4mm blade spine increasing to 6mm for the tang. Full tang with highly polished bone handles and brass detailing. The real feature of this knife though is the entirely hand engraved blade and spine by a master craftsman, making for an exceptional work of art.
17.5cm Overall with a unsharpened stainless blade. Cast metal handle with imitation blue jewel pommel. Would make a good athame or dirk or similar ritual dagger
