Although we've put a decent blade on this sword, as you'd expect, our main focus here was to create an aesthetically stunning sword, one that really jumps out in a display, as such we've used a top quality silk braid ito that feels as good as it looks, we've used polished horn for the saya fittings which really pop out from the elegant but simple black lacquer of the saya, The tsuba is a large matte finished iron bohemoth in an understated design to hold your attention on the finer detailing. Genuine rayskin and brass fittings, complete with box and satin sword bag, a great showcase of what can be achieved for a sub £200 sword.
